Fotosketcher is a badass app that helps you turn your pictures into works of art. I know you can do it in Photoshop but not all of us are gifted with the know-how of using Adobe Photoshop. There is only one snag though, it only converts .jpg, jpeg and .bmp files. You can convert your images into pencil sketch, pen and ink drawing and other different painting styles. It also has other basic photo editing options (enhance contrast, sharpen, simplify image, increase luminosity, color saturation and the like). Its only available for Windows! :(
