As the votes are cast today only a minority of voters know Ralph Nader. He ran last 2004 as an independent and last 2000 and 1996 as the candidate of the Green Party. He is a renowned activist and has been an advocate of several interests. He would probably lose in the midst of the unstoppable might of the train known as the Obama campain.
