05Sep09The new X series replaces the Xpressmusic line which is logical since the other lines are the E and N series respectively. The X6′s .55-inch thick case will hold 32GB of storage, a 5 megapixel camera, a dual LED flash, TV-out, and a 3.2-inch capacitative touchscreen. Technically it is the same as the 5800 yet with a much better touchscreen. It will be out late this year.
Sony Xperia Pureness
04Sep09I don’t know how this phone embodies purity but this thing is a beaut! The design looks like it was inspired by a Phillipe Starck work. The Xperia pureness is all simplicity with its monochrome design and transparent lcd. No word from Sony Ericsson about the features yet and no this is not the Megan Fox of phones.

5800 Navigation Edition Announced

With the onslaught of GPS-Celphone combos coming soon, Nokia will release a rebranded 5800 XpressMusic and named it 5800 Navigation Edition. Instead of having free music it will be preloaded with Ovi Maps and lifetime licenses for voice guided driving and walking directions. I cannot comprehend why Nokia came up with this thing, as if the 5800 XpressMusic could not do that stuff before(aside from the free licenses). Below is a clip about the 5800 Navigation Edition.
A look at iXP and MyPhone
18Aug09The MyPhone app for Symbian and Blackberry phones are all the rave these past couple of days because it allows the users to have an iphone interface for thier phones. The iXP in turn gives the Symbian s60 5th edition users a clone of the Windows XP interface. There is only one catch, both of them are just app launchers that uses the phone’s flash player but thats not stopping you from trying it.
