According to sources I refuse to divulge, the new iPhone 3GS will be available in the Philippines soon! Globe will accept reservations starting July 15, 2009 and “iPhone-natics” can reserve by giving the Globe hotline a ring(call 730-1000 or 211 on a globe handset). The new Ipod Shuffle has moved its button controls to its earbuds. Yup the Ipod for the budget-conscious has absolutely no buttons but there is still the token hold switch on top. If you are a doubter and says: ” I have an old shuffle why the heck would I buy this?”, you might try and think twice because the new shuffle has one kick ass feature that solves the problems of a missing lcd screen. What is it? It has a text to speech feature called “Voice Over” which basically tells who is performing what song and tells the songs on your playlist. Another new Ipod is not that bad a news but this would be a good buy for techies on a budget. (Tech Specs after the break)
Yesterday I showed you guys goteking’s awesome DS Lite mod. Now I stumbled upon another awesome mod by him. Take 1 part Nintendo Famicom and 1 part Sony Digital Camera and you’ll get a Frankencam. Wait that’s too monstrous, I’ll settle with Famicam! more pics after the break!

Takara Tomy’s XIAO Tip-521 which is based on ZeronInk Technology. It has a 5MP, 2.48” LCD, 16MB of internal memory (including a SD/SDHC slot) and it poops out pics. This is reminiscent of Polaroid cams of yore. Honestly what made me write about this is the advertising photo (above) which you wont dare look at while eating.
