HTC Leo or HTC HD2 has become official after weeks of leaks and teasers. The Leo which sports a gigantic 4.3″ capacitative touch screen will be a joy for multimedia usage. The Leo is the first Windows Mobile phone to sport a capacitative touchscreen(which is way better than the old resistive touchscreens). The Leo might have a large screen but it only is 11mm thick.
The phone comes with the new Windows Mobile 6.5(but certain reviews have put a negative light on the new OS) and HTC’s proprietary Sense UI on top of that(to hide WinMo’s quirks).Connectivity-wise the Leo sports quad-band GSM support, dual band UMTS with 7.2 Mbps HSDPA, 2 Mbps HSUPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and USB. has a 5 megapixel autofocus camera and a standard 3.5mm audio jack to offer. Do not worry if you think the huge hardware will be processed by a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU and 448 MB of RAM.
I have no idea how much it will cost but as Windows Mobile phones go, this will not be cheap.
