Avatar: The Last Airbender was one of the best animated series of all time. No its not the James Cameron’s Avatar but Nickelodeon’s famous cartoon series.
The Last Airbender follows Aang’s struggle against the Fire Nation’s tyranny. Aang was frozen a few centuries before the events that led to the Fire Nation’s rise to power and its dominance over the Water and Earth Nations and the eventual destruction of the Air Tribe. The series was action packed and seemed more like an action series rather than a kid’s show.
Don’t wait yet though as it will be release July 2010 so it will be quite a while before we can watch this movie. The movie is directed by M. Night Shyamalan and I am kinda disappointed that Aang is not played by an Asian kid.
