First Impressions
The box was huge. Heck The ASUS ENGTX280 video card is also huge. Two words: “Size matters”. A few years ago I was impressed with the 8800GT but when I got my hands on this baby, my jaw dropped. I have high expectations with this baby and lets see if she pushes through.

Performance
Playing Crysis was a breeze playing in high settings, everything was flawless. Playing lesser games was a breeze. This video card really improves the way you play games heck if you are a PC gamer try the ASUS ENGTX280 and you won’t be disappointed( I heard that it beat a dual GPU NVIDIAGeforce 9800GX on benchmarks).
Verdict
This is the one of the next generation of video cards and old school gamers can get the most out of purchasing this video card. This card has been around for a certain amount of time and is cheaper now.
GEEKOTHON RATING: 4/5
Closing Remarks

This is one of the best video cards I have ever seen and it really comes up to expectations. The only problem is its dang pricey(I know! I know! this is no entry level card). Hardcore gamers would get a kick out of using this, casual gamers would appreciate the added push to regular games and noobs would be awestruck with this ASUS ENGTX280.

One Response to “ASUS ENGTX280 Review”
Nice Performance than Nvidia’s previous flagship card. I had be more enthusiastic about this card if the software was available to take advantage of the new features.
